Are you ready to start the claim process?
If yes, we hope to make the process as simple as possible. Below is an outline of the process:
- Fill out the form below. A Built-In Savings representative will contact you within 2 business days.
- Gather copies of all your home’s energy bills for the past 12 months – we will request after you submit your initial claim.
- We will review your claim and conduct any additional research.
- If your actual energy bills are verified to exceed the amount predicted on your certificate, the EnergyPro Exchange Guaranty Co (EPXGCo) will pay you the difference.
- All claims must be submitted 90 days or less after the home’s two year coverage period has expired.
